Last October, Krieg Butler, a 36-year-old White man got out of a red pick up truck, opened fire on Sinzae Reed, a 13-year-old child, killing him, then fled the scene.

Today a grand jury indicted Butler on charges of improper handling of a firearm and tampering with evidence.
