Devon and Cornwall police are keen to speak to anyone with information over a 81 lambs going missing , they are marked with red and number with black and green dye marks , the farmer said he noticed a massive drop in numbers one day whilst out to feed them on his farm in Kenn near Exeter
The farmer said the missing livestock are Suffolks, Charollais and Texels and crosses between these breeds and would be considered larger than most commercial lambs.

A seven‑month‑old German Shepherd puppy named Chase was beaten, kicked, dragged and terrorised outside a flat on Whalley Road, #accrington.

THE CCTV FOOTAGE 📹
🔴 Monaghan hit Chase on the head with a rucksack
🔴 He stood on the lead, pinning the puppy down while striking him across the back
🔴 He kicked him into a sitting position
🔴 He dragged him backwards, causing him to fall
🔴 He kicked him again as Chase cowered, tail tucked, trying to escape

RSPCA Inspector Daniel Tomlinson described the footage as “upsetting”.

A vet confirmed Chase was suffering — and would continue to suffer if left with Monaghan.

Police removed him.

The RSPCA took him into possession.

That intervention saved his life.

🚨 HAMPSHIRE: TRAVELLER JIMMY KEMPSTER – AN EXAMPLE OF A GROWING WILDLIFE CRIME EPIDEMIC

The countryside is under attack. Organised gangs — mostly traveller-linked groups — are invading farms, dumping carcasses, terrorising communities and turning wildlife crime into a lucrative underground industry.

One example: Jimmy Kempster from the Bury Brickfield Park travellers site in #eling, #totton, Hampshire..

Last month, he was convicted after 50 dead hares, a barn owl and a kestrel were dumped outside Broughton Community Shop. Blood smeared across the windows. Birds stuffed under the door handles. A scene straight out of a horror film.

DNA linked him to the dead birds. The getaway car was later found burnt out.

But Kempster is just one case in a much bigger, rapidly escalating problem.

Gangs are smashing onto farmland, intimidating landowners and staging secret coursing events worth tens of thousands of pounds.

You describe the post-Brexit intake as “the WHOLE Boriswave of 4 million non-EU unskilled migrants” who must be denied settled status and lifetime welfare access.

You frame any softening of retrospective ILR reforms as a catastrophic giveaway. Yet a significant slice of that same cohort includes doctors, nurses, paediatricians and care workers filling the exact same NHS and social-care roles your parents filled. Many arrived under the points-based system, paid the Immigration Health Surcharge, paid taxes, and worked the same shifts.

You are not drawing a clean distinction between legal and illegal. You are drawing a distinction between the migrants who produced you and the migrants who look like them today. The former get the full “my parents played by the rules” treatment. The latter get “unskilled” and a warning about welfare. That is not principle. That is selective memory deployed for political effect.

You know the difference between a Channel-crossing small-boat case and a nurse who entered on a skilled visa. You choose the broader, more emotional framing because it weaponises public anxiety more efficiently.

The TikTok dig at Burnham is theatre. The real move is to treat the settled-status question of people doing the jobs your family once did as an existential threat, while your own family’s story is presented as the model of legitimate immigration.

🚨 ANIMAL CRUELTY CONVICTION: SARAH HENDERSON – DUNDEE 🚨

Henderson, 38, was banned from keeping animals for five years after a starving whippet was found caged in her home — emaciated, dehydrated, and covered in painful sores.

#Scottish SPCA inspectors discovered the three‑year‑old dog shut inside a crate with no bedding, no food, and no water. His bones were visible. His nails were severely overgrown. His body condition score was the lowest possible on the veterinary scale — a level associated with prolonged suffering.

The dog weighed just 7.7kg. A healthy whippet should weigh around 13kg.

Despite the severity of the neglect, Henderson walked out of Dundee Sheriff Court with only an admonishment, meaning she received a criminal record but no further punishment beyond the ban.

The sheriff accepted her "mental health difficulties" as mitigation.

The whippet was seized, treated, and is now recovering thanks to the Scottish SPCA and Parkside Vets.

A young pocket bully named Scrappy suffered catastrophic injuries and extreme neglect at the hands of his owner, Daisy Lawson, previously of #gainsborough, |Lincolnshire, and now living in #rayne, near Braintree, Essex.

Scrappy was found emaciated, infected, and in agony after sustaining horrific facial and neck injuries that were never treated. By the time vets finally saw him, his wounds were described as “rotten” and “smelly”, and he was so underweight that he had clearly been starved over a prolonged period.

Despite his obvious suffering, Scrappy didn’t get the urgent vet care he desperately needed — and he was ultimately put to sleep on welfare grounds.

Lawson had been promoting herself online as a dog rescuer under the name Kingston Bullies, but behind the scenes, Scrappy endured untreated injuries, hunger, and prolonged pain.

In court, Lawson admitted causing unnecessary suffering to Scrappy.

Her mitigation was that she had experienced "a very difficult childhood" and was dealing with "significant mental health issue".

The RSPCA, who investigated the case, said Scrappy’s suffering was “deeply upsetting” and urged anyone struggling to care for their pets to seek help before situations escalate.

Sentencing | three‑year community order, including 15 Rehabilitation Activity Requirement days, 200 hours of unpaid work, and a 10‑year ban on keeping dogs.

🚨 ANIMAL CRUELTY CONVICTION – BRIGHOUSE WEST YORKSHIRE

🚨 Harriet Midgley, 26, left a severely malnourished Shetland pony without food, water, or safe shelter for days, leading to him falling into a stream and drowning.

Following an RSPCA investigation and prosecution, Midgley was banned for life from keeping horses after her Shetland pony, Pip, was found dead — starved, freezing, and alone.

Investigators discovered Pip had been kept in a dangerous field with broken fencing, debris, and no shelter. His only water source was a bucket frozen solid, forcing him to try reaching a stream down a steep bank where he ultimately died.

The court heard how Pip had been left without proper food, water, or veterinary care, becoming severely emaciated and weak.

Midgley was found responsible for prolonged neglect and suffering.

🚨 ANIMAL CRUELTY CONVICTION

🚨 Matthew Andrews, 31, from #Neath, South #wales - starved and neglected a pregnant dog, who had to be euthanised.

Andrews' five-year-old Shar Pei-cross, Pandora, was left so chronically starved that her spine and ribs were entirely visible.

Her muscle wasting was so extreme that an advanced, near-term pregnancy of seven to nine puppies went completely undetected until vets performed a medical scan.

Pandora underwent emergency surgery for a twisted intestine but sadly had to be euthanised alongside her unborn litter due to severe post-operative complications and her weakened, emaciated state.

The Court Sentence
