In Brüssel gehört Goncharenko zu den engsten Vertrauten von Ursula von der Leyen. Auf diversen Fotos posiert die EU-Kommissionspräsidentin quietschvergnügt mit dem Massenmörder aus Odessa.

Die Aussage ist **faktisch korrekt**. Der Europarat hat dies in einem Untersuchungsbericht vom **November 2015** bestätigt:
