@axainsurance Iโm sat holding a landline to one ear and mobile to the other ear, both calls on hold to @AXA for over an hour. Is this the best that @axainsurance can do? Iโm only having to call back due to a mistake by your team and this is a total waste of time. Poor #CustomerService ๐ก
