@realcycling When cycling through Gouda, eating the local cheese sounds very nice. You're lucky: a few weeks ago I was cycling through Brussels, where the eponymous vegetable was less tempting.

Lunch on EC163 Innsbruck-Graz. Organic paprika chicken with pasta and a glass of Edelweiss Hofbräu Weizenbier from the @_DiningCar. I'm in a SBB panorama car, so great views, but it's an ÖBB train so food at Austrian prices, phew.

I'm on the 1220 from Stockholm C to Malmö C, about to eat lunch from the @_diningcar . Its a SJ X2000 high-speed train which tilts so aggressively that I've had to grab hold of my beer...
