@KLM_UK I have seen you message and it is completely ridiculous. What do I have to submit a separate refund in relation to luggage for flights that have been cancelled. Please refund the additional amount immediately and stop wasting my time.
@BTCare Typical. Just passed from one person to the next. Why can’t one person take responsibility for resolving this from start to finish? I’ve already spent too much time on the phone to BT. Why don’t you speak to them on my behalf?
@bt_uk No internet. You said you’d call within 24 hours. You haven’t. You texted to say you’d call back within 2 hours. You haven’t. Help desk supposed to be open until 11.00. It isn’t. Not even poor service - you are providing no customer service. Appalling.
@BTCare Of course it’s been reported! And no one has bothered to call us back within the timescales promised. My other half on now. 48 hours without Wi-fi so far.
