🚛 A Simple Message Could Make a Difference 💚

Like many drivers, I’ve seen the recent posts about two fellow truck drivers sadly being found deceased in their cab. I don’t know the circumstances and it’s not for me to speculate, but it’s a stark reminder of how important it is to check in on the people around us.

Life can be tough at times. Long hours, time away from family, financial pressures, relationship problems, loneliness, or simply feeling overwhelmed can all take their toll. Often, the people struggling the most are the ones who seem absolutely fine on the surface.

Today, take a minute to send that message, make that phone call, or check in with a mate, family member, colleague, or fellow driver. Ask them how they’re doing and genuinely listen to the answer.

That first bit of contact might seem small, but it could mean the world to someone who is having a difficult time. It could even save a life.

To anyone struggling right now: you don’t have to carry it all on your own. There are people who care, and there is always someone willing to listen.

Mind over miles. Check in with your mates. Check in with your family. Check in with yourself 💚🚚
