@davidfordisdead That's an outrageously complex question ... but, this morning, in simple song terms, hey, now, I'll go for Don't Dream It's Over ... ๐๐ผ
Apparently, this is to mark the number of interactions on this account in as many years! Thanks Twitter. You, uh, changed my life.
#MyTwitterAnniversary
@rizwanahmed Coincidentally, I had Sound of Metal as final film for Prime freebie period, and randomly read your Observer interview [I'm a slow reader! ๐คซ] earlier, too. The perfect setup. Absolutely tremendous work. And for someone who'd never drummed before?! Kudos to all. ๐๐ผ๐
@StephenMerchant Proud born and bred Bristolian just finished watching first series of The Outlaws. Basically means, felt like I could've written it. Seriously, though ...
{ Stands and applauds }
Bristle was the observational bonus in a gert lush piece of work. Kudos to all. ๐๐ผ
@bbc5live The Latcham will love this Public Service Broadcasting animation message they play before their shows. Hilarious genius. And it works! I mean, who wants to be a a Geoffrey?! ๐๐ผ

So Remember... :
Forty years ago, almost to the day, I travelled across Europe to see my first #Genesis gig in Cologne. It was ... memorable. A year later, seemingly drawn in by the biker gear and impressive Genesis t-shirt collection I began chatting...

@GeorgeRhoden4@scottygb@AlexScott Yer not wrong, George. I thought the same ... and I was brought up with The Fast Show's "Women! ... know your place!" sketch. ๐
@scottygb@AlexScott You don't need me to tell you this Alex. But I was just readin' The Observer this mornin' and almost choked on me coffee! It would be ironic if Lord Digby Jones [did Monty Python make that name up?!] choked on a plum! Keep on keepin' on. ๐
@sueperkins Listened to the latest Nature Table. Always an education. But genuinely shocked to learn that Maltesers are actually chocolate covered owl brains!!
@julian_barratt I wouldn't say we ever 'searched' for them but, during my impressionable years, I never quite understood why 'rain-swollen pornographic magazines' lived in the woods; arriving like some perverse package drop from a passing Hercules. ๐ค
@jonronson Well, all I'll say is, I was a long time coming to this late in life career change - not a bad thing - and I have found myself in the extraordinarily privileged position to see the potential of working with the unconscious mind. And, uh, I guess you know where I am if curious. ๐
@jonronson G'day Jon. Big fan. But not one likely to stalk you or anything disturbing. There. Got that out of the way: a bit of toadying followed by mental health assurances. ๐
I've been researching Richard Bandler/NLP and came across your 2006 Observer interview with ...
@jonronson ... and you could potentially use the 'swish' technique yourself quite effectively.
Otherwise, if you'd like to work on any of the others, I'm currently free of charge! ๐
@BadCop_NoDonuts @MadddWWWorld @kylegriffin1 I used to work with vulnerable kids in high school. I'll always remember one lad in particular who lied so habitually he somehow convinced himself all was truth. Not so much a fortress but a deep dark well that even Lassie couldn't rescue him from.
