@GoliathPAW @lilacmoontweets @yunatalks And I don't disagree. If we could have men and women represented equally everywhere this might bring benefits. All I am saying is - all the steps to achieve it will create more problems/inequality than they will solve and achieve.

@GoliathPAW @lilacmoontweets @yunatalks 2/2 To make sure you have 1 women or men in all meetings you need to create gender quotas and deny qualified ppl from getting hired because you value diversity more than skill. Statistically this doesn't predict success. Skill predicts success.

Would be great, but your job changes a lot with seniority. People change jobs/occupations/burn out. That's why your stats are like that.
