This is the day we celebrate as the end of the Civil War and the smashing of slavery, one of the most brutally oppressive systems the world has ever known.

While slavery was completely defeated, institutional racism and its horrors persist to this day because under the capitalist system, oppression of specific groups around the world is a divide and conquer strategy that benefits the capitalist class: the billionaires and multi-millionaires.

That is why my campaign is fighting for the needs of Black working and poor people, and for reparations for the Black community, funded by taxing the rich.

The two Democrats running in this race don't even mention the words “Black people” on their website.

My main opponent, Democratic Congressmember incumbent Adam Smith, has spent nearly three decades attacking the rights of the most exploited like the Black community. He voted for the bailouts of the big banks in the wake of the 2008 Great Recession. As part of those bailouts, they carried out a massive robbery of the millions of homes that were owned by middle-class and working-class people, and all of that was turned over to Wall Street equity, which ended up becoming the single most important reason why rents are skyrocketing. Rising rents, evictions, and the lack of affordable housing disproportionately affects Black working and poor people.

I am the only candidate in this race who has a track record of having fought for and won victories for the Black community.

For over two years, Democratic Congressmember Adam Smith has voted to send tens of billions of dollars for the Israeli state's genocide in Gaza.

In December, Adam Smith championed a bill to give Trump $906 billion for wars.

Last week, Adam Smith proudly introduced a bill for over a trillion NEW dollars for war. The bill would also fuse the U.S. and Israeli militaries and shockingly escalate AI, cyber, and biotech weaponry for Israel.

Adam Smith's biggest funder has been Zionist lobby group AIPAC.

He is the #1 Democrat recipient in the House of Palantir donations and weapons industry money as a whole.

That same Adam Smith says that "the solution is to come up with a national security strategy that doesn't require you to have a 1.6 trillion dollar defense budget."

This guy deserves formal recognition as Orwellian "war is peace" genocidal politician of the year.

But the corporate media does not even comment on his bald-faced lies. None of the so-called progressive Democrats call him out.

Just goes to show how rotten the capitalist system is, as are its agents, the Democratic and Republican parties.

Members of Congress have quietly advanced an alarming proposal: to further fuse the U.S. and Israeli militaries via sharing data, co-producing weapons, and integrating AI, cyber, and autonomous systems.

It’s buried in the House NDAA as Section 224, and it would give Israel deeper military integration with the U.S. than any country in the world, including NATO allies.

The move would also shield the relationship from public scrutiny by shifting it from visible aid votes into the opaque machinery of defense acquisition, where oversight is limited and political accountability is minimal.
