The HR numbers are just metrics to help understand how you should feel running at a certain pace, it's more of a guide. You can look up Zone 1 - 5.

@Jup792 @MV33Racing @another07047584 @Shay99087 Pressing boost & excess LICO isn't racing, no surprise it compressed the skill gap, might as well put the engineers on in the car, no wonder Lewis was able to keep up with Charles a huge skill gap disparity was nullified in this rule change
