@ALMIGHTYOFA@we1rdmel He actually does, they are just incredibly minor by comparison to the crimes committed by Bakugo. Izukus being the usage of an unlicensed quirk to engage a villain when fighting stain. Technically a crime
@we1rdmel@ALMIGHTYOFA I mean let's assume for the moment that's true. We would have to accept that U.A excused a lot of serious crimes. Like as in mineta's case, premeditated assault in Bakugo's case, I'm not sure what to classify iida's as. And aizawa for complicity. They would be screwed
@Helldivers_NOW Honestly with any luck this is how the Warhammer 40k crossover will happen. Have them warp jump through the void here with new gear and such
@yosoy0rion@DonFernando_11 I know this is a wee bit off topic but is it really accurate to say " picking a fight" when it was Bakugo luring izuku to an isolated location under the guise of a conversation and then forced a fight by attacking him? Wouldn't that just be assault?
@anime_fanccount I'd agree with you but we're that the case he would see decreased prefromance and we see him during the episode with mr smiley do fine with his quirk, no lag in start up. While his speed was slightly lower he kept pace with izuku who is no slouch in speed
@BokunoKacchan I mean, technically their correct. Strictly speaking about his treatment of izuku and nothing else. Outside of feeling bad about it later, he didn't actually have anything happen in response to that specifically
@CookeDelivery True however this would not apply to class 1-A. Them doing nothing doesn't benefit anyone. It just allowed things to happen. Just like in the entrance exam, and in the quirk apprehension test. They chose to do nothing. All but izuku
@CookeDelivery I'm probably being overly harsh in my assessment but if we're using the ideal of not wanting to just be a bystander again, then honestly the entire class save for izuku failed spectacularly in that goal
@CookeDelivery I would argue it's more to highlight the effects of being a bystander which the class likely is bystanders, though I do understand this is a distinctly social thing since their culture is very different than ours and bullying from what I'm told is seen as pretty mundane
@CookeDelivery i think this falls under the statement "intent doesn't erase impact" and yes i get the intent let the class handle it yada yada, no one if their worst moment. but the impact is yeah there is a layer of protecting bakugo and often at the expense of others
@CookeDelivery mhmm see this is kinda what i mean. i dont really understand why basic empathy for izuku is so out of the question, but there is every possible justification to protect bakugo. its interesting
@CookeDelivery I would argue simply being told you deserve basic human decency, isn't victimization but rather advocating for a standard one inherently deserves. One is saying he's to weak to handle it the other is saying you deserve to be treated with respect
@CookeDelivery I believe one can show care without inherently prying. A simple statement of " izuku deserves better treatment" is more than enough as it tells Bakugo your behavior is unacceptable and tells izuku your important enough to be noticed. Flips the script on their relationship
@Marsaelah@CookeDelivery Honestly shoya is a perfect example. Because and this is just my opinion. He was forced to walk a mile in his victims shoes, he got thrown under the bus the instant she was gone. And then became a target himself.
