Apparently there were some rumors about Nightopian possibly being designed after the ceramic Kewpie that was sitting on Ohshima-san's desk at the time. (Pians also resemble Coneheads so it makes me wonder which one was the inspiration, or maybe...both)? #NiGHTSintoDreams

While some NiGHTS merch have a very obscure origin, usually when something is sold by retailers, there is at least some little evidence of it existing or few pictures online, this had none. There’s still a small possibility that these were sold publicly but it’s very unlikely.

I was also once told that the quote on its surface is the same that was used on NiGHTS pinball sign in SA1. Unfortunately I can’t 100% confirm it atm as I couldn’t find the texture of that sign.->
