Whether the client was ok, if they were having issues, if they fell. We don't really have much say

Say us and the social worker recognise a client needs more calls, thus the social worker is informed. However there are many people it must go through. The system doesn't care

@wishmeluxury @mmitchafterdark That's not true whatsoever. We can shop for the clients but that's with the money, we have to document exactly what we brought, how much we were given, what change left over and it's only physical money only. A social worker would buy an AC, not us.
