My game only reached around 5.8K CCU before being flagged, and now it is almost completely hidden again. The CCU and earnings have been reduced to nearly nothing, right after the game had barely started recovering from the first restriction. (5/6)

I’m not posting this to attack these games or send hate toward their developers. I’m only using them as examples because I genuinely don’t understand why my game keeps being affected while many similar experiences are left completely untouched. (4/6)

What confuses me is that my game has its own map, layout and theme. Other much larger games use very similar icon and thumbnail styles, while some even have almost the same map layout recolored, and they continue reaching 20K+ CCU without this issue. (3/6)

The first flag destroyed the game’s discovery, CCU and earnings. After many support tickets and back-and-forth emails, it was finally removed. The game started recovering, but less than two days later it was flagged again and hidden all over again. (2/6)

@Roblox Please Help!

About three weeks ago, I lost access to my Roblox account after falling victim to a common Discord phishing scam. A user named “KellyOffers” contacted me claiming someone was impersonating me on a trading server. I joined the server and unknowingly verified through a fake Bloxlink, where I entered my 2FA—immediately compromising my account.
My Roblox account, “LiamBorn,” was taken over, and I lost approximately 700,000 Robux worth of Limiteds, as well as access to all of my development work tied to the account.
I have been actively emailing Roblox Support for the past three weeks, but unfortunately I continue to receive automated responses and have not been able to reach a real review or resolution.

This account is extremely important to me—not only financially, but professionally. I am the lead developer of “Gods Mayhem,” a mythology-based action game inspired by Hunty Zombies, which is scheduled to launch in late February. I have invested thousands of dollars into development and marketing, and all core progress for the game is tied to this account.

If anyone here has contacts within Roblox Appeals, Trust & Safety, Developer Relations, or Roblox staff who may be able to help escalate this case, I would be incredibly grateful if you could forward this message or connect me with them.
