I always ask " why are people saving these videos?"
Innocent videos are not Innocent to people who have vile thoughts or want to harm children.

@Obumnemetg And for parental consent, my opinion is that it should not even be made available. A school, especially Primary and Nursery schools, should solely be for learning and keeping the child safe. These children have a lifetime of expressing their creativity. Let children be children.

@Obumnemetg The child constantly sees the need to be videoed and posted. Children pick up habits very fast. You show them that people love their “content” and they keep asking you to make more. A while ago, someone posted that a have an album on their phone for a very popular child we know.

@Obumnemetg That is a parasocial relationship with that child and it’s not safe. A stranger sees the child outside and somehow feel like they know her because she has constantly been in their face. You cannot compare that to a Cowbell competition or a televised debate competition.
