The 7-day complaint policy is buried deep inside the app and isn't obvious during checkout. Customers shouldn't lose their money just because a delivery issue is discovered later. Please do better @amazonIN

@amazonIN My dad ordered a gift for relatives, but Amazon shows it as Delivered, it was never received. Customer support refused to help because the issue wasn't reported within a hidden 7-day complaint window. If your order is marked delivered but isn't, Amazon will not help us.
