@WakefitCo Such a bad experience with return, product was supposed to be picked up by 20th May. Every day, I am told it will be picked up in next 48 hrs, wait for 48Hrs. Till now, I haven't even received a call from the courier partner.
I am asking to make some arrangement so that I am able to talk to the courier service but no arrangements for that also. Is this the service you provide to every customer, as I can see on twitter, everyone is fed up with your courier service.

I immediately called up a friend, got him involved. Your driver wouldn't budge still. He had to be threatened. While this is happening I catch a glimpse of his mobile device, turns out the man hadn't even started the ride. Pls get this man off the @inDrive platform right away.
He started driving in the diagonally opposite direction despite me asking him multiple times to take the path that's being shown on Google Maps. He kept repeating that it is a shortcut and that it'll take me 15 minutes from there. Thankfully I know my way around d city.
Hi @inDrive Your driver was highly dangerous and unprofessional. I booked the cab, sat in it. He had a grin on his face that was d first red flag. It is my regular route but still I put the navigation on every time 2 make sure that the driver isn't straying from d path intended.
