A local realtor says over 450 houses in one area were bought in cash, turned into fake care centers, then used to bill the state like clockwork.

Neighbors see no patients, just luxury cars.

Some of these places take in ex-cons without warning the community.

And by law, realtors aren’t even allowed to tell buyers what’s going on.

The state sends monthly checks with zero inspections.

Most of these homes have few or no clients, but the cash keeps coming.

The fraud is organized, repeatable, and ignored by officials who refuse to knock on a single door.

Now the question is… why?

Because the fraud in Minnesota is way too widespread, and it’s starting to look like the lack of inspections is intentional.
