@FinMinIndia I recently requested to close my SBI credit card. Before closing I clearly asked the agent about the pending charges and as per his instructions I cleared all the dues & closed the card. Now I got a statement to pay Rs.2400 due to negative reward points.

While closing my credit card with SBI, I clearly asked them about the pending charges. As per their information I paid all the dues and requested to close the card. Now they have charged me for negative reward points which they never mentioned while I requested for the closure.
