My 8-year account was permanently suspended. I never received a system DM or email with any details. I’ve only gotten automated replies. I don’t understand what I did wrong and just want to know the reason. Can a human please check?

My account of 8 years was permanently suspended. I lost 3 years of Nitro and all the profile decorations I bought.
I never received clear details about the specific content, only automated replies after multiple appeals. why would I risk all of that?

the reply is automated in every request and a human reviewer doesn’t wanna check.. atleast check and let us know what we did wrong!
