14/ On Short Video content : Nearly everyone I spoke to, used Snack Video(Chinese app) after TikTok got banned. All of them had uninstalled Moj/Roposo/Chingari & other ‘Made in India’ apps, because these Indian apps mostly scraped content from each other or from Snack Video.

13/ Vernacular users absolutely hate reading & typing : The real use-case here is in video/audio. 20+ people told me that Public app (by @inshorts) is their main source for news because of its video format. And all of them had DailyHunt on their phones, but barely used it.
