This narrative that maintaining natural hair is more expensive than relaxed hair is always funny to me. There’s no cap on the value you can spend on your hair tbh(relaxed or not), if you can afford it. Plus if you think all that people with relaxed hair use is relaxer, then, lol

Natural haircare is not cheap. Not everyone can afford good products to care for their hair. Relaxers, albeit a dangerous alternative, are way cheaper.
