@KPMemberService Acted like it was such a bother to acknowledge him, having patients yell from their rooms “help me please help” and see them being ignored cause staff is again, chatting is NOT ok. I used to call Kaiser “classy” and have made 5 people switch to them. NOT ANYMORE

@KPMemberService I sent you an email later than I thought I would because I ended up having emergency surgery. Nurses and staff blatantly ignoring patients call light because they’re giggling & talking, my husband had to wave his hands in front of the desk 3 times after asking nicely & the nurse

@KPMemberService ask for a blanket for me and nurse straight up ignored him. I mean he’s at the glass partition asking nicely waving his arms the nurses are all chatting and laughing. All I have seen is nurses talking and laughing with each other and nothing. This is the worse

@Popeyes ur restaurant in Oakley ca has 12 staff working on 2/28 at 612pm all on phones, yelling and playing, 3 customers, messing up orders and taking cash only in drive thru. Place is notorious for stealing and messing up orders. Care to explain?
