He is from a genuine lineage and has the approval of Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche who allows him to teach at his shedra.

I get two, 6 month, readngs per year and he is consistently accurate. His timing of dates is loosely accurate, but his events have always proven true...even the ones wich sound bizarre to me.....they too come to pass. His forecasts are about 80-90% accurate and his ability to see my current situation has been 100% accurate for me everytime. Humorously so.
