@airtelindia I have been trying again and again first for installation, got frustrated now I don't want @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence services,but the Problem is now they don't want to cancel and refund the money,what kind of fraud is running by @airtelindia ?

@airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago I have purchased Airtel black plan two days before, trying to connect Airtel to get installation done but no response, customer care keep on saying just half and hour,status is already in progress but nobody came till now.

This is totally pathetic..trying and connecting day before yesterday after purchasing plan no confirmation at all, addition to that is ppl are not responding well.@Airtel_Presence please check as soon as possible,or please give our money back,we don't wan't these pathetic service

@excitel_rocks My internet connection lost from last two days,raised ticket,the ticket no is 68741082.
I am trying to reach out the team also local service provider "JOLLY INTERNET SERVICE" but nobody ready to listen,simply keep on increasing time,and which I can't afford weekday

@excitel_rocks Do I need to drop the connection?when I will start my day I have to create ticket for internet connection call your local service providers.Since morning it is gone, Should sit relax leave my work and pay for your technical issue?

@excitel_rocks excitel broadband i m facing connection failures once in a two three days for hours.We are paying in advance for good services.Not improving even after so many complaints if maintenance is important please take it of out of office hours.Tired of horrible services.
