Q: Across the world, what is the single best way to improve patient care, outcomes, quality?
A: Improve nursing. This alone can transform healthcare. Hire more of them, train more of them, train them better, elevate their status, improve patient : nurse ratios. Most importantly, pay nurses more.

Got to agree with this.
I am a big advocate for the mental health of resident doctors, but I don't wish that people misuse it because that then actually stigmatizes those who are actually suffering.
If you don't like doing the work that's necessary, that's not toxicity. That's you making a wrong choice.
I knew I would never be comfortable in doing surgery, so I didn't choose it.

Extremely disappointed with @amazon & @HP. I brought HP 14S Laptop, AMD, Ryzen 5 -5500U laptop from https://t.co/aFcqbGii6z on 01.12.2022. But now all of a sudden few keys have stopped working. On contacting hp customer care, they saying warranty has expired!!

They asked to contact amazon who has not provided invoice "with serial number" as per HP Guidelines. This is despite when we hv bought 1 year ADP also, that too from amazon!! Struggling with amazon since 25th Oct, still no resolution!
