@KenyaAirways is a complete shambles. Flight cancelled, no reason given, ground crew clueless, no communication, no alternate flight/times given. Our schedule now ruined, our #autistic son very upset, as are the honeymooners on our flight. Absolute disgrace, you should be ashamed
