My jio sim (9810737499) got blocked on 4th June. I tried reaching your customer care and got to know that this is due to the notice they have received from the cybercrime team but as per cybercrime there is mo such complaint in there systems.

I have contacted DCP for the same over the email they have confirmed that they have for-worded for reconnection, kindly suggest the next procedure.

@JioCare @JioCare Cybercell is asking for the ack no or comp. no against which the no is being deactivated as in their data base no complaint is reg. against the no. Kindly provide me the proof of complaint that cybercell has raised to u so that i can ask them to give me the clearance.

The main concern is if no Complaint is registered against my number on cybercrime then why my number is blocked by you why you are not providing me the sufficient details like the complaint number or anything so that i can verify it.

But the main concern is that the its around 10am and the vaccination is the GSBV A block Sultanpuri delhi is not started yet and the staff is continuously saying the vaccine is on the way with the doctor so please resolve..
