few hours, but it doesn’t seems like that. I have not received a solution to my problem only received false promises from your side that it will be done by today.
The cherry on the top are your ground workers who doesn’t pick up the call which frustrates the customer more.

The person who came for is verification and starting the connection request is not picking up the call. The installation agent assigned is not picking up the call. Customer support is saying your issue has been escalated.
