@atherenergy So, finally got the delivery about 1 hr and 45 min later. All we did was sign a document and took a 10 min demo. In this age of service you cannot act like a brand in 80s. You need to pull up your socks in service. 1/10 in overall customer service experience.

@atherenergy Tweeting live about your delivery experience. Reached the showroom exactly at 3:55 pm. After waiting for about 15 minutes for somebody to attend, we were told that they have 2 more deliveries before us and it will take 30 mins. It’s been an hour.

Somebody came about 20 mins back and said we will start paper work and then they disappeared. No trace of paperwork to start.
