Ordered Chicken Bhuna Wrap from @faasos and found a bone/tendon-like piece inside the roll which looked unsafe to eat. This is a serious food safety issue and unacceptable.

@faasos@Swiggy I called your support again on 7700020020, but now I’m being told the replacement cannot be cancelled, the restaurant cannot be contacted, and the call cannot be transferred to a senior. The agent even refused to share their name.
I already contacted the restaurant, they collected the proof from my place and also sent a replacement which I never requested. That replacement is still untouched as I don’t feel safe consuming it.
This is a direct violation of RBI’s Fair Practices Code. I have audio recordings of these illegal threats as evidence. Please intervene immediately it's humble request 🙏🏻
