Yesterday, we messed up a bit with one content of client.
Client messaged us, got furious.I understood his concern, apologized and took ownership of what happened.Asked my team member responsible for it to fix. He took time..but ultimately we got it done..
Today, had meeting with the same client. No discussion of what happened yesterday..Presented the monthly report and discussed the strategy for upcoming week... Everything was good..
In business,no matter how wrong things go, you should always take ownership and
give a proper solution immediately..

There is absolutely no reason why you should spend more than $5,000 on a wedding if you’re making less than $1M+ a year.
I literally got married in a parking lot wearing a $150 dress from Anthropologie with roses from the grocery store… and I was worth a few 8 figures.
The modern wedding is nothing more than a huge financial cosplay we’ve normalized for pure performance sake.
Luckily I found a way to catch a lot of warm leads and have built a system over a period of time...
Now, I don't even rest on Sundays.
Everyday I'm having conversation with people who actually need our services...

@ShivrattanDhil1 My dad had some shares of our company but I didn't send them to any registrar because of this issue. The thing is, financial companies can't be trusted in India with paperwork and there's no way to sue them like in the US
@pranavpradhi1 Yes, emergency services are laughable in our country... and I want to add one more thing.. In no developed country, the system waits for something big to happen for policy changes and enforcement.
They take proactive approach rather than reactive approach.
People go silent when they see that every word that comes out of their mouth is used against them.
And when it happens, such people struggle to express.. once this transition happens, it can not be reversed.
YouTube made some changes in the algorithm recently, as Google does.
The result: Client's views started dropping drastically.
I thought it's a problem from our end, but in YouTube Creators' latest video comments section, people were constantly mentioning and writing about this.
That's when I got sure about the issue.
Now, we are working on hooks and scripts to get those numbers consistently.
