@JioHotstar randomly blocked my account for 24 hours right before the T20 WC final due to "malicious activity" without warning and without specifying what the malicious activity is. Absolutely pathetic way to treat a paying customer. Seems like loads of people have been affected.

@amazonIN Of course since I really need it, I place the order and it does get delivered in 10 mins. Now this product is never going to go back to the seller, and so far I haven't received refund. But the question is, why are orders marked rejected when no delivery was even attempted?
Interesting tactic used by @amazonIN. I bought a product that was supposed to be delivered on Jan 22. The product gets marked as rejected by customer at 11 pm in the night, no one came to deliver it. Next day I check the order status and it's being "shipped" back to warehouse.
@amazonIN care says I'll receive refund when the good reach their warehouse and that I should proceed to make a new order. I look for the same object, and lo and behold it's suddenly available on Amazon now, delivery in 10 mins, higher price than my original order.
@JioHotstar I have a premium plan and up untilc2 days ago I was able to watch 4k content without a problem. Suddenly since today none of the titles give the 4k option. What's going on and how to resolve?

@airtelindia I am abroad, with international roaming. Tried the process of sending out the SMS for esim transfer from phone to phone since my phone isn't working. Never received the confirmation call. Customer care says their "server" is down for the last 4 hours. What do I do?

It's 2025. I order a phone from @amazon Germany on 26 Apr. Amazon takes my money. Phone to be delivered by @UPS on 29th. It's 1st May and no sign of delivery. Amazon say they can't refund me since it's shipped, I've to wait until 6th May. What gives?

@UPS Not only this, I call customer care 5 mins later, ask them to call the driver and come back and deliver, customer care says that delivery person doesn't have a phone! @UPS Switzerland is this correct?
@UPS Called @UPS in Switzerland about my package, they said in 1 hour I will receive delivery. 1h later I get a notification that they attempted delivery and no one was at home. I have proof that 3 people including me are at home and no one rang the bell. Shoddy service.
