The recently concluded #face2face Goa conference by @vivbajaj and Team @elearnmarkets had all the aspects of a benchmark conference.

To begin with, there was an activity called Know Your Network, whereby each participant met each Trader. This really acted as an ice breaker and got everyone comfortable. The interactions were much smooth thereafter.
The sessions were covering a wide range of approaches from some of the best Traders, who really simplified those concepts as well. When we read textbooks, we get to understand these concepts, but it’s only when we meet the Traders that we understand the application of those concepts. There’s always more than one path to the top of the mountain.
The participants were highly involved and the Q&A showed the extent of interest in learning.
When it’s Goa, it’s also about the location. The fact that it was North made it all the more accessible to various places around.
To conclude it all, the after event party was a fantastic one where everyone just got together on the dance floor.
