@amadigital The residential course was fantastic and really got us thinking. Having the time to talk to each other in a neutral setting, be honest and open and share our thoughts with and learn from others and the support calls to help guide us after the inital stages were all real benefits.

@amadigital Fundraising and Marketing are definitely more aligned and we have included Sales in this as well. We have changed the structure of meetings through the week to improve communication and we are working on our fundraising goals with the whole team not just siloed. #SharedAmbition

@amadigital The project made us completely re-evaluate the way we work and we ended up looking far deeper than the project originally intended, we still have a long way to go but have some exciting developments ahead! #SharedAmbition

@amadigital It provoked far more discussion around working together and set us on the path of resolving problems we hadn't considered before after the reflection process of the course. Speaking with others and sharing thoughts and knowledge was a real benefit. #SharedAmbition
