@mikeviimusic @MiamiHerald The use of the YGreen program by people who are flipping homes. They use it 2 push poor home improvements on 2 new homebuyers thru the costs attachment to property tax. So they don’t pay for shoddy home improvements, but are able to sell home @ higher price bcuz of work.

Worth the watch. This program has the potential to devastate poor communities, as contractors do poor construction work and homeowners are stuck paying off cost on their property taxes for 15+ yrs.... I'm also curious to know whether flippers are using program to pay for upgrades
