✅Muchos me pedís que acepte el reto de Vettaverso. Pero es que no es un reto, es una trampa. Lo que pretenden es asociar la ilegalidad del caso Negreira a la concreción de un beneficio deportivo. Y nunca ha sido eso.

En todo caso, hay suficientes pruebas de que:

- El Barcelona pagó 8,4 millones (que sepamos por ahora) a un mando arbitral de 2001 a 2018 (aunque tres presidentes reconocen que se paga desde los 90)
-Que esos pagos se mantuvieron más de dos décadas y cesaron el día que dejó su cargo
-Que los únicos ingresos de esa persona, durante décadas, fueron los del Barcelona
- Que esos pagos se ejecutaban de forma atípica (cheques al portador, a veces a nombre de la secretaria de Negreira o de un amigo suyo)
-Que esos pagos se ocultaron (a directivos, a Compliance, a algunos vicepresidentes económicos y tesoreros), a tal punto que un día alguien, que desconocía el tema, los intentó desgravar en Hacienda.
-Que algunas justificaciones anotadas en los libros de contabilidad sobre esos pagos de 60 mil euros son: "Packs de regalo Aloe Vera" o "selección y digitalización de jugadas del Mundial de Sudáfrica".
- Que la Guardia Civil ha demostrado (en su informe) de la existencia de un sistema corrupto diferente al pago directo al colegiado, que se fundamenta en el índice corrector, con el cual los tres miembros del CTA podían elegir a su antojo, y en secreto, quien subía y quien bajaba (ese es el dinero)
- Que las actas del índice corrector fueron destruidas (probablemente por Sánchez Arminio, que pasó tres horas destruyendo documentos el día de su marcha), pero la Guardia Civil encontró, en el registro de la sede del CTA, las de Segunda División, firmadas todas por Arminio, Azpitarte y Negreira.
- Que la inmensa mayoría de los árbitros interrogados han admitido conocer el índice corrector, que ellos denominan corruptor, y la presión que eso les generaba.
- Que Negreira también era el encargado de llamarlos en plena competición para indicarles si "iban bien o mal" según el criterio del CTA
- Que cuando iban a arbitrar a Barcelona, Negreira les recibía para comer, o para cenar la noche anterior, en un bar de su pareja.
- Que muchas veces, era el propio hijo de Negreira el que los llevaba en coche al Camp Nou o al aeropuerto.
- Que Negreira declaró ante Hacienda que los pagos no eran por informes sino para que garantizar que "todo fuera neutral", es decir, para "asegurar que no había decisiones en contra"
- Que Negreira amenazó por fax al Barcelona, tras "tantos años de relación, de tantos favores prestados y de tantas confidencias compartidas". Y prosiguió "si no hay acuerdo, saldrán todas las irregularidades".
- Que un año después, Negreira volvió a mandarles un fax ofreciéndose con "Puedo ayudaros con el VAR"
- Que en múltiples ocasiones vicepresidentes (Perrín y Godall) y directivos del Barcelona (Freixa) han declarado en medios públicos que esos pagos no eran por informes sino por un servicio de lobby, para compensar "el poder que tenía el Madrid en Madrid"
-Que un vicepresidente (Godall) comentó que "trabajaron muy bien las relaciones con los Comités de árbitros" y que eso "tuvo una repercusión favorable en el saldo arbitral"
-Que un presidente (Bartomeu) confesó estar convencido que de haber seguido pagando, hubieran ganado más títulos
-Que un directivo (Freixa) admitió que si Negreira no hubiera sido cesado, le seguirían pagando.
-Que en 2014 (13 años después del primer pago investigado, y casi 20 de los primeros pagos con Núñez), contrataron al hijo de Negreira, durante casi cuatro años, por unos informes arbitrales. Pagos (un total de 1,4 millones) independientes de los que seguía recibiendo el padre (mucho mayores).
-Que esos informes probablemente fueron para encubrir los pagos al padre, toda vez que ningún técnico los recibía (Luis Enrique, Valverde, Tata Martino). El único que sí los recibió fue Gerard López, técnico del filial y amigo personal de Javier Enríquez que se los entregaba en persona fuera del cauce habitual del club.
-Que efectivamente, todas las declaraciones de los presidentes y directivos del Barcelona en la instrucción se han referido exclusivamente a los pagos e informes del hijo, como si eso fuese lo que se juzgase.
-Que el propio club firmó un acta de conformidad en Hacienda en la que se reconocía la inexistencia de dichos informes (los que deberían soportar los pagos al padre), por lo cual pagaron un millón y medio de multa.
-Que Laporta mintió en su interrogatorio afirmando que esa conformidad se refería a otros conceptos. Solo hay que leer el original para percatarse de la falsedad de su testimonio.
-Que tras romper con Negreira y su hijo el Barça contrató para sustituirles a un asesor arbitral (Ricard Segura) a quién paga 24 mil euros netos al año.

Si ese debate fuera, no para demostrar que consiguieron un beneficio deportivo, sino para demostrar que tendrían que estar descendidos por pagar para ser beneficiados, pues perfecto. Pero no es el caso.

Look at the pattern.

- Tebas constantly attacks Perez and Real Madrid.
- Madrid has spent years fighting him in court and winning. TV rights deal case was fought for a decade.
- Madrid opposed his multimillion-euro salary increase, while Barcelona backed it.
- He pushed for overseas league matches with Barca unilaterally and Madrid and several other clubs have to oppose to get it cancelled.
- Despite La Liga being a party against Barcelona in the Negreira case, he has taken no meaningful action against the club.
- He has repeatedly facilitated Barcelona’s controversial player registrations.
- He recently attended Laporta’s presidential inauguration and declared, “we will make history.”
- And many more instances where he favors barca.

At some point, people have to stop listening to what Tebas says to fool casuals and start looking at what he does.

Barcelona fans keep repeating that Tebas supports Madrid because he claims to be a Madrid fan. Yet his every actions have consistently benefited Barca while putting him on a huge collision course with Real Madrid. If you judged him by his decisions, you would think he was working for Barcelona, not La Liga.

The “Why?” of the Barca-Negreira case: the key questions behind an unprecedented scandal in football history.

- Why did the Spanish football federation(RFEF) have invoices from Negreira, addressed to Barca, stored in its basement?
- Why did Radamanto SL, a company controlled by former FC Barcelona executive Jose Contreras Arjona, appear in the investigation into the alleged diversion of €22 million from the RFEF to the Catalan Football Federation?
- Why, when the RFEF appeared as a prosecutor in the Barca-Negreira case, did it not ask Laporta a single question during his court testimony?
- Why did the RFEF remove corruption penalties from its Code of Ethics just a few months after the Tax Agency requested documentation from FC Barcelona relating to Negreira’s companies?
- Why did the RFEF, with Sanchez Arminio at the helm, suppress documents that would later prove relevant to the Negreira case?
- Why did the RFEF provide the Tax Agency with information described as “succinct” and biased during the investigation?

- Why was the initial investigation of the Barça-Negreira case assigned to Judge Silvia Lopez Mejia, whose partner had business ties to FC Barcelona and Joan Laporta?
- Why, between March and June 2023, a period of more than 100 days, did Judge Silvia Lopez conduct no searches and order no interception of communications?
- Why did FC Barcelona use construction companies linked to one of its executives, Best Norton and Tresep, to pay the referees’ vice president’s son for refereeing reports?
- Why did FC Barcelona president Joan Laporta state in 2009 that nobody provided him with refereeing advice and that he was unfamiliar with that world?
- Why did Barça never publicly disclose who provided its refereeing advisory services between 1993 and 2021?
- Why, just weeks after the Tax Agency requested information from the club relating to the Negreira case, did Barca hire Ricardo Segura Garcia as a refereeing adviser and immediately announce the appointment publicly?
- Why did Barca draw up no contracts for the refereeing advice, with the reports instead having to be delivered by hand, to the point that Javier Enriquez had to travel anonymously?
- Why was a construction company paid twice the estimated value of the advisory services? And why were other companies paid up to 20 times more for advisory services, including companies linked to the serving vice president of the referees?
- Why were payments totalling €60,000 made to companies linked to Negreira under the description “Aloe Vera”?
- Why did Barca pay Negreira €90,750 in June 2017 and another €90,750 in May 2018 to record and review matches from the Russia World Cup, a total of €181,500 for work relating to a tournament that had not yet taken place?
- Why did a Barca executive offer an additional €10,000 per year for Negreira’s son to drive referees around? Who were Negreira’s “godfathers” referred to by Toni Freixa when he said: “Negreira had godfathers who would otherwise call and say, ‘Hey, you should have that advice because things will go better for you’”?
- Why, if Barca justified the payments as being for refereeing “reports,” did the referees’ vice president himself, along with several former executives and vice presidents, link the payments to maintaining neutrality or avoiding possible refereeing disadvantages?
- Why, shortly after Negreira sent Barca a burofax in February 2019 threatening legal action, did he begin collaborating with Mundo Deportivo and secure employment with the Catalan Football Federation?
- Why was former Barca executive Albert Soler appointed to the CSD twice and allowed to conceal from the Government that he had been questioned by the police, despite holding governmental responsibility while the Negreira case was under investigation?
