@nylon25_ian Bell carrying in rugby is different than in football. Carrying like that allows him to offload the ball to another player to prevent a tackle. BUT when he does get tackled he holds on to the ball. Turn overs in pro rugby are still pretty rare.

As a non-diabetic who was on CGM for a bit I ate carbs & didn't see much of a swing as this graphic would lead you to believe. Lufkin is trying to get us to all live like diabetics

Cheap dress shoes with a glued on sole will not compete but if that is all you have tried I understand why sneakers are picked. Also I like the leather sneakers jeans look.

That makes the cars safer but also more expensive. Then someone like Dave will say buy an older car without it. Then you have to get a 17+
