यमुना किनारे बेला एस्टेट में 728 लोग रहते हैं। SIR के बाद वोटर लिस्ट में सिर्फ़ एक नाम बचा - बाकी 727 नाम काट दिए गए।

ये लोग दशकों से यहाँ रह रहे हैं। 2024 के लोकसभा चुनाव और 2025 के दिल्ली चुनावों में वोट डाल चुके हैं। 2023 में इनके घर तोड़ दिए गए थे - पर ये कहीं नहीं गए, यहीं हैं।

आज मैं इनकी झुग्गी में गया और सीधे इन्हीं से सुना कि चुनाव आयोग ने इनके साथ क्या किया है।

SDM से फ़ोन पर मैंने यही कहा - मकान होने या न होने का वोट के अधिकार से कोई रिश्ता नहीं है। ख़ुद CEC ज्ञानेश कुमार कह चुके हैं कि "हाउस नंबर 0" बेघरों के लिए है। फिर भी 727 लोगों का नाम काट दिया गया।

यह SIR नहीं - यह वोट चोरी का तरीक़ा है। जिनके पास पहले ही सबसे कम है, उनसे उनकी इकलौती ताक़त छीनी जा रही है।

ज्ञानेश कुमार ��ो जाएँगे। पर जिस सिस्टम ने उनसे यह करवाया, उसका हिसाब भी होगा।

During one-on-one meeting with
Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, discussed the need for rapid urban transformation with a need to catalyse gamechanger projects in #Telangana

Among them, I discussed the need to have an accelerated closure for the Hyderabad Metro Rail Phase 2, because the neglect of 10 years to increase metro footprint has pushed us back nationally. We wish to augment existing Metro with three corridors in next phase of 76.40 kms with five corridors. The Centre must support us in giving #Hyderabad the next level of metro rail coverage.

The next big project of importance for Telangana is the Regional Ring Road (RRR) divided into the north & south arcs. Requested the Hon’ble Prime Minister to order for a quick closure of the entire project.

The RRR will have a complimenting Regional Ring Railway, (RRR-2), abutting the roadway, of around 370-kms long, and will have a transformative impact on our state’s connectivity factor.

Also requested for a greenfield highway from Telangana Dry Port to the Bandar seaport in Andhra Pradesh to give an extra edge to our pharma industry.

In addition sought support to further strengthening Telangana's position in the Semiconductor Ecosystem, including the ISM project. We also demanded liberal Central support for our defence &aerospace ecosystem.

Looking forward to a positive response to all our requests from the hon’ble Prime Minister.

Based on the vision and direction of
Shri @RahulGandhi Ji who first demanded a nation-wide Caste Census during his historic #BharatJodoYatra Telangana is the first State to conduct caste survey last year.

This was the first in Independent #India, the last one being in 1931 by the British.

A State-wide comprehensive Social ,Economic,Caste Survey was conducted and found that 56.32 percent of the population belongs to the Backward Castes.

Based on the report tabled in the #Telangana State Legislative Assembly, the state also resolved and proposed
42 per cent reservations for OBCs in education, work & political positions.

@INCTelangana took the struggle across the country, including the national capital and protested at #JantarMantar seeking that the Central government agree for #CasteCensus

Today, finally, we proved that what Telangana Does Today, India will follow tomorrow.

It is a proud moment that Shri Rahul Gandhi has shown how his vision has become a policy even in opposition. We are proud that the actions of Telangana government for OBC empowerment have inspired the country and India has agreed to also follow the actions of our state. 

We congratulate the Central government for deciding to conduct Caste Census as part of the next national census. Thanks to Prime Minister @narendramodi ji and the Cabinet.

My leader, and the Leader of the Opposition (LoP) in Lok Saba, Shri @RahulGandhi Ji spoke to me over
the ongoing rescue operations at the SLBC tunnel.

Exlplained the alacrity with which our government responded on getting the news, including rushing Minister
Shri Uttam Kumar Reddy Reddy garu to the spot, and deployment of the NRDF and SRDF rescue squads.

Rahul ji appreciated the steps taken so far and our constant monitoring of the situation. He asked us to leave no stone unturned to try to save the trapped workers, which I assured we are doing.

Let us all pray and hope for a positive outcome.
