3 years ago, I decided to make a list about the women I knew in Ghana’s history. The list was pitifully short. So, I wrote a book for the young me who needed to know the women in Ghana’s history especially around the independence period.
Super proud of this essay I wrote during my fellowship at the University of Ghana. In the essay, I examine a variety of digital activities relating to Ga literature including writing, publishing, sales, reading clubs and prizes.
One of my longest standing hobbies is thinking about whether I should get an iPad. It’s not about the iPad it’s about imagining the alternate life I might live as someone who has an iPad. Love to wonder about it
@readJerome What really stands out is the loud absence of Africa and Latin America in the book. There is not a sentence or a paragraph about these two continents or why they have been absent in the chip war race.
