@askryanair I'm trying to process a refund since 2 July for my sons cancelled flight to Ibiza from Stansted. He booked through @loveholidays who have the worst Customer Service ever...and Kerry is so rude My son is owed £1500 can't get anyone to assist on getting this back pls.

@KT_heating this is what they advertise...but that's if they actually show up to do the job!!! 5 missed appointments, no phone call to advise of engineers running late, jobs being closed as complete when he never stepped foot inside property...fuming 🤔🤬
