Missed too many spiro doses over the last few weeks and now I’m having a proper full period with cramps and everything and it fuckin sucks. Didn’t miss this at all 😩

@RNSuperHero Yep, on my cardiothoracic ward we pull out subcostal/intercostal/pericardial tubes (and pacing wires, regional catheters, central lines etc) all the time. Never considered that wasn’t the case everywhere!
