Feels like a good time to say this again..
I've had my frustrations with him, as fans do with ANY coach.. but there's not another Coach and Man that I'd rather send my son to learn from to become a better football player, professional, and above all MAN.
The day Kirk Ferentz retires will be such a sad day.
Kirk Ferentz is one of a kind, legendary and an absolute GEM of a human.
We as fans get emotional seeing shoes come off but can’t even begin to imagine how the athletes, who started as toddlers, feel knowing they’ve given everything they have to a sport and have nothing left

@Ryanbaustian I get the if you broke the rules, consequences. Tom actually isn’t saying that. He’s a mastermind and he’s pressing the media to ask questions and draw attention so that people start wanting to know what is going on here.
@Ryanbaustian If those are appealed or what the process is with those. I wouldn’t be surprised if a class action lawsuit happens against the state and NCAA for obtaining this “evidence” illegally.
@Ryanbaustian Well from a legal perspective, the DCI has walked back that using someone else’s account isn’t illegal. It’s like using someone else’s Netflix or Spotify account. Most of them did nothing illegal. 2 ish settled for smaller crimes. We’ll have to see what happens
I'm filing a class action lawsuit against the Bengals and NFL for lying about the injury report. There is no shot I put 100k hard earned dollars on the Bengals if I knew Joe Burrow was injured going into the game. This committee owes me an apology!
And now an official statement through the UI from Kirk Ferentz, who isn't letting up on the Noah Shannon ruling.
“I am heartbroken for Noah (Shannon) and his family that the NCAA has come to this conclusion. Noah did not break any laws. He did not commit any crimes. And yet he is being severely over-punished by a membership committee that refuses to see perspective or use common sense. I have said many times that I think it is peculiar that the state of Iowa is uniquely the focus of this investigation. Noah is being sidelined because the NCAA is ruling on an investigation that they did not instigate, using an uneven system of justice to severely punish an excellent young man. It is just wrong.”
