We continue to suffer from a back and forth between @GreyhoundBus and @FlixBus. Neither party is taking responsibility for a complete mismanagement and disrespect of its passengers. If you overbook, you should be held responsible for stranding your customers.
Waited 1 hr+ for our bus from Baltimore to NYC today, we were told by @GreyhoundBus that there weren’t enough seats. We were left stranded. @FlixBus said bc there is no “notification” that we weren’t allowed on the bus, they are refusing our refund. Horrible customer service.
