@Poundstretcher1 it may be an idea to retrain your staff members. If they cannot have the decency to show respect, how do they expect to receive it back. Respect is earned by all accounts.

@Poundstretcher1 I'm disgusted by the way your staff treated a young man in your Basildon store yesterday. Him a 3/4 friends had done nothing wrong but were told, that because of trouble last year with 15 lads, they were to go only to the drink aisle and nowhere else.
