Difficult to figure out the Jesse Minter situation. We all figured the defensive rankings were unsustainable given the jump in offensive talent they would face. It looks like a unit whose biggest additions were two third-round picks and Bud Dupree.

But they stink right now. They can't tackle, communicate well, read an offense, or sift through traffic. They look like they're sitting on their heels and waiting for the play to come to them. And that's a lot of coaching.

Gotta find themselves again.
