@FitbitSupport Hi, I've bought my son a Fitbit Ace 2, and I'm having a few of issues with it.
The app keeps showing that the sync has failed. I'm trying to change clock face but after 3 days it still hasn't changed. Not logging sleep activity. Please help

@PaulPester My children have been excluded from clubs because we can't transfer fees, and I have contacts waiting to be paid! Still can't get access to my account as of 5 minutes ago. Unacceptable
