Politicians ignore these ppl & their disease until the next election season, R AND D.

@4evaBlessed23 @JackPosobiec I live in ruby red eastern KY, & I can tell you addiction is just as bad here as any big city. It was worst about’10, the pill mills were closed & docs jailed for overprescribing. Those who chose to got clean. Others moved where they could feed their addiction/switched to heroin.

It was gut wrenching & so pointless. I don’t see it as R vs D issue. It’s Purdue/Sackler family greed. They should be in shackles.🤬

Purdue laser focused sales here bc of the large number of miners hurt on the job. They lied, said it was safe & 1000s got hooked on “hillbilly heroin.” It devastated EKY for yrs
