@huwforsey @EastMidRailway Emr has just told me there's one queue, and you get on whichever train is in when you get to the front . Have you travelled today, are there two queues?

@EastMidRailway Hi, that's not answered my question, is there a separate queue for people who have a reservation on a set train or we join the queue and get put on any train, I expect standing all the way and unable to use the toilets

@EastMidRailway Looking at the comments today, you are now telling people we have to join the queue and when we get to the front we get on the next available train... so if it's not my train, our seats are not reserved. Is there a separate queue for people who have reserved

@EastMidRailway come on no Aircon on the Derby to London 12.09 ... melting and only just left Derby, common sense would be to open all the internal doors but no you are just letting us all melt. This is why we don't use public transport!
